Exhibit Your Art in the EventGallery OR StudioGallery

The EventGallery 910Arts welcomes exhibitions of regional, national and international artists and art organizations “emerging and established" who practice a wide range of styles and mediums including visual arts, media and performing arts.
Exhibition Space Rental for Artists / Art Organizations
1800 sq. ft. total rentable space with over 130 linear feet wall space:
EventGallery - 1600 sq. ft. - $920/month 130 linear feet wall space
(two artists- $460 each)
Studio Gallery - 200 sq.ft. - $375/month 57 linear feet wall space
Both EventGallery & Studio Gallery carry a 35% / 65% (gallery / artist) commission split.
A two month rental is recommended and preferred.

Art Sale Commission
A commission of 35% is assessed on artwork sold at the EventGallery 910Arts or through exposure to the artist and the artwork that was instigated by the exhibition. The EventGallery 910Arts staff handles all payment transactions.
Promotion
Along with your EventGallery 910Arts rental comes a commitment to support the exhibition through collaborative related events and marketing materials including online listings and e-blasts to our comprehensive client and contact list as well as the over 9,000 subscribers of the Art District on Santa Fe newsletter. We are happy to provide comprehensive services for an additional fee to handle the production and distribution of postcards, press releases, and exhibition signage.
The exhibition is supported through the marketing and hosting of two receptions:
First Friday Art Walk
Artist's Reception (usually the third Friday of the month).
EventGallery artists may also rent the Studio Gallery and will have first choice during the time they have art in the Event Gallery OR have a partner organization or another artist rent the Studio Gallery that has work to complement their exhibition.
Traffic in the EventGallery 910Arts is generated through the hosting of community events, workshops, classes, lectures and presentations that enhance or reflect the theme of the exhibition. The EventGallery 910Arts is an event space that is rented by individuals and groups for meetings, parties and special events so the exhibition benefits through exposure to these audiences as well.
Exhibition Artist Responsibilities
Artists who rent EventGallery 910Arts are expected to put forth best efforts and participate in generating traffic. In addition to distributing postcards and e-blasts that are provided, artists are encouraged to engage the community with their own events, such as demonstrations and lectures, as well as to be present on First Friday Art Walk Evenings.
Artist Reception
The artist is responsible for purchasing snacks for the exhibition's artist reception on a Third Friday. It is left to the artist's discretion to coordinate a reception that suits the budget, whether simple or elaborate. The artist will be charged a $50 cleaning fee for cleaning the EventGallery 910Arts after the reception if it is not left in the condition it was prior to the reception.
Install/take-down 910Arts
The artist is responsible to assist with set up and take down of the exhibition. Your rental does include installation of works by our professional installer. The EventGallery 910Arts must be left the way it was found.

The EventGallery 910Arts intern program offers participants art gallery operations training and insight into creative collaborations. Participants assist in fostering creative synergy between art and community while raising environmental and social awareness.
