Celebrate Arts 2008
Two- and Three-Dimensional Art
The eventgallery 910Arts presents an exhibition of two-
and three-dimensional art entitled Celebrate Arts 2008 sponsored
by Sculptural Pursuit magazine.
Showing a variety of styles and media in contemporary fine art
by professional artists working in Denver, the exhibition is curated
by Kathleen Sherman, who makes sculptural constructions from organic
materials such as gourds and found objects; Nancy DeCamillis, a
writer, photographer and stone sculptor, who photographs plant
forms and architectural elements; and John Ostlund, a stone sculptor,
who is influenced by folk art, ethnic cultures and Renaissance
figures.
The exhibition runs from November 7 through 29, at Nine10Arts,
located at 910 Santa Fe Drive, in Denver’s Art District on
Santa Fe.
