The eventgallery 910Arts, at 910 Santa Fe Drive in the heart of Denver’s Art District on Santa Fe, presents an exhibition entitled Outpouring: Expressions from the Soul, running from December 5, 2008, through January 31, 2009, featuring the paintings of Daniel Berv and illustrations of Rachelle Donahoe.

“Vivid, colorful creations driven by emotion, mood and passion take viewers deep inside their core,” says Daniel Berv, “where they can feel the sentiments expressed in the artwork.” Mr. Berv is a former professional musician who dabbled in abstract ink drawings. Now, he uses paint to create different surfaces on canvas which, when mixed with vibrant color, appear to be accidental.

Rachelle Donahoe combines original artwork and writings into vividly colored illustrations she calls “notes to self.” Her uplifting and inspiring messages evoke lessons to be learned or situations to be dealt with.

The exhibition opens on First Friday Art Walk Night, December 5, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m., and the Artists’ Reception is scheduled for Third Friday, December 19, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
